Last night we held our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and had a fantastic turnout from all our members.

Club president Dustin, talked about the last year and the expenses that we have incurred over the year but because of these expenses the club is now in a stronger position for 2017.

The Dive Boat

The Sweet Dreams (our dive boat) has been taken to the hospital for repairs whilst we are away in the Philippines so that when we return we can start our activities.

Courses

This year one of our instructors has achieved the PADI Elite status due to the club record breaking number of courses we have run over the course of 2016.

New Club Positions

The committee members have increased this year and a number of new members have been voted in to new positions. Our newly appointed webmaster is overhauling our website and as soon as we can he will be publishing the new positions on a new page called “Dive Team”.

Holidays

Last years holidays in Mexico, the Philippines, Egypt and other locations where a huge success and it has bee confirmed that we will be doing Egypt again this year.

Porthkerris is planned again this year as well and another trip to Nemo33 is planned for the end of February.

DiveBou

Following on from last years Trial, we can confirm that the event was very popular and hope to make it even bigger in 2017.

If you have not heard about DiveBou, take a look at the website at www.divebou.com

January Special Offer

The club is offering FREE Air Refills for the entirety of 2017 for all members who complete and pay their membership fees by the end of January.
