Who Should Take This Course?

Not only do we teach adults to dive but youngsters can also learn to dive with the PADI Junior Open Water Diver qualification.
No previous scuba experience is require, you simply need to be a minimum of 10 years of age, be in good physical health and possess adequate swimming skills.
What Will You Learn?
The Open Water Diver course is specifically designed so that anyone can learn to dive, there are three distinct phases to your training:
- Knowledge Development – Online or Classroom Sessions to teach you the theory behind the skills and principles of diving.
- Pool Sessions – Designed to go at your pace to practice and refine the skills you learnt in the Knowledge Development phase.
- Open Water Dives – Take to the open sea and use your new skills to explore your new found underwater world!
What Is The Referral Program?
The referral program enables you to do the Knowledge Development and Pool Sessions with Planet Divers and then complete your Open Water Dives in more warmer climes whilst you are on holiday.
What Gear Will You Use?
We will provide everything that you need to jump in, from your mask and fins down to your wetsuit, Bouyancy Control Device, tank and guages.
If you have your own gear we will happily assess and show you how to correctly use it.
